Dr. Seuss was an American writer, best-known for writing books for children. By watching and reading this story, our students we will also learn some key concepts on poetry, which will be very useful for our next unit, "WRITING HAIKUS".

To celebrate Peace Day we are learning about Martin Luther King. He fought for  Human Rights and he was what we known as a Peacemaker. We chose this quote to decorate our hands, which represent the different races.
